Resolving payment issues requires specific details for our Support team to help out.

Step_1: Locate the invoice

For the Support team to help out, find the invoice connected to the payment you have issues with.

Step_2: Verify payment details

  • Payment Date: Identify the date of the transaction within the invoice.
  • Stripe Invoice ID: Locate the unique Invoice ID associated with this payment.

Step_3: Contact Support

Reach out to our Support team via a ticket and provide the following information:

  • Tatum Email Account: Confirm the email linked to your Tatum account, relevant to the payment issue.
  • Invoice Details: Attach a copy of the invoice highlighting:
    • Payment date
    • Invoice ID
  • Issue Summary: Include a concise summary detailing the problem you encountered.
